Tregran - a new building material

Modern technologies allow you to create materials based on what would seem to be absolutely immiscible components. The results are sometimes stunning not only the properties of the resulting material, but also the possibilities of its application. One of these new building materials is trehran - in fact, foam glass from trepelike siliceous rocks, which are mined in the Tambov region.

Tregrand Properties

Tregran is a very lightweight porous material used in construction. It is produced according to a unique technology: a sharp thermal shock results in foaming of the material, due to which it boils and gains high porosity, after which by reflowing the external surface the material is given resistance to environmental influences and high strength.
Rounded granules resemble gravel in size from a millimeter to four centimeters. Its structure resembles hardened soap foam.
It has a number of properties that allow its effective use in construction:

  • acid resistance and chemical inertness;
  • excellent heat, sound and hydroinsulator;
  • ecologically absolutely harmless;
  • resistant against bacteria and fungi, against rodents;
  • does not decay and does not give in to corrosion;
  • prevents the penetration of radiation;
  • very light;
  • possesses high durability;
  • does not absorb water;
  • fire resistant;
  • frost resistant;
  • not subject to shrinkage;
  • easy to process;
  • not caking;
  • durable.

So, for example, a cubic meter of trehran weighs from 170 kg to 400 kg, and you can even build six-story buildings from it, durable and beautiful. Building blocks cast from such material float in water!

Tregrand application

Tregran can be used as thermal protection of radiation-hazardous industrial facilities, as it prevents the penetration of radiation. It is recommended for use at fire facilities and in cryogenic technology, as it can withstand temperatures from absolute zero to 550 ° C.
In construction it is applied:

  1. in thermal insulation of buildings - as a backfill material;
  2. for the manufacture of building dry mixes, warm plaster - as a filler of microgranules ranging in size from 0.2 to 0.8 mm;
  3. for the manufacture of lightweight concrete - as a filler.

The production of building blocks and heat-insulating plates has already begun, and in the future it is planned to produce "shells" for pipelines. Building products and constructions based on trehran improve the thermal characteristics of buildings many times, reduce the load on the foundation, the weight of the external walls, and increase the living area with constant external parameters of the building. Tregran is the material of the future, use it now!
