Design project of a modern apartment with a roof terrace

In this publication, we would like to introduce you to the interior of one modern apartment, decorated with elegance and taste, comfort and original charm. Perhaps some design ideas, colors, designs and textures will be useful for your repair or remodeling your own home. The interior in bright colors with bright accents can be an inspiration and help for the implementation of bold, but at the same time practical ideas for the realization of a dream design.

We begin our short excursion with the central room in the apartment - the kitchen, which combines functions and a dining room. Incredibly spacious room with large windows is literally filled with natural light. The light palette and pastel color choice for the main furniture made it possible to create a fresh, clean and light environment in a room loaded functionally more than any other room in the apartment. Some asymmetry of the room and the presence of the bay window did not prevent the furniture from being distributed in space in such a way as to accommodate not only a large kitchen set, dining area and sofa, but also to equip a large working fireplace. In the bay window, the roof of which is also partially made of glass, there is a lot of sunlight, which made it possible to organize here not only soft seats for relaxation, but also a place for reading, placing storage systems for books under the seats.

Few expect to see a fireplace in the kitchen space. Active foci can often be found in living rooms or, in extreme cases, in the bedroom. But do not forget that we are dealing not only with the kitchen area, but also with the dining segment. And what could be more pleasant than a dinner, which gathered the whole family at the table, when it is frosty or slushy outside, and the house is warm and bright from the flame of the family hearth?

If we talk about family meals, it is very convenient to arrange them within the kitchen space. The hostess does not need to transfer all the dishes and ready-made dishes to the dining room (which occupies a separate room), and then spend a lot of time cleaning. The dining table, resting on one side of the kitchen island, allows people to sit comfortably - the absence of one pair of legs frees up more space under the tabletop for legs. Original chairs with a metal frame and bright orange leather-covered seats complete the nontrivial image of the dining group.

A pendant lamp has become no less vivid and expressive part of the dining composition, the chrome-plated surface of which combines perfectly with the kitchen furniture and the surfaces of household appliances.

The height of the kitchen is not very large, this allowed to place the upper tier of kitchen cabinets from the ceiling. The pastel tone of the facades, the modest furniture fittings and the sandy-beige color of the countertops - everything in the kitchen set sets it in a calm manner, contributes to pacification, purification of emotions and thoughts.

The original detail of the kitchen space is the mixer integrated into the wall above the stove. The height of the crane allows you to comfortably substitute the highest pan under it. The hostess does not need to "cut circles" in the kitchen, collecting water in a container in the sink located in the opposite part of the room - just open the incredibly convenient and stylish faucet.

From the kitchen you can get to the outdoor terrace, which contains an incredible number of functional segments. Here, in the fresh air, a whole station is equipped to carry out a variety of activities - from cooking and tasting food to sunbathing. Worktops, storage systems and a comfortable dining group are located under a bright awning umbrella. The same colorful shade was repeated in the decor, utensils and textiles of the entire decor of the terrace - against a gray background it looks especially advantageous and reminds of the sun even on cloudy days.

A comfortable seating area, represented by garden furniture on metal frames with soft removable seats and backs, also settled in the shade of a large bright umbrella. The saturated orange color of the awning was repeated not only in the sofa cushions, but also in the performance of the original stand tables.

Also, I would like to demonstrate the original design of the bathroom, which is located in the apartment we already know. A spacious room can not be limited to a standard set of plumbing and modest furniture - in a large room you can afford more to achieve maximum comfort and convenience during the adoption of water procedures.

In a rather narrow but very long bathroom, all functional segments were “lined up” in a row - a large double sink with a spacious storage system and two mirrors above it, an original bathtub and a glass shower.

Naturally, natural shades were chosen to finish the bathroom - they calm, give warmth and comfort, allow you to clear your thoughts after a difficult day at work and relax.
